Unit Twenty Three – Youth Theatre

Looking for a local youth theatre group to join? Enjoy drama, performing and being creative? We run termly workshops around Diss for young people aged 11+, Unit Twenty Three Youth Theatre. Our weekly workshops explore all types of theatre, as well as building confidence, team-working and creativity. There is no audition process, only a willing to come and have some fun, take part in drama games and activities, and work towards sharings and theatre based exercises throughout the term.

Unit23 Youth Theatre – 11-14 Year Olds

Sessions did run at Bressingham Village Hall in Summer and Autumn. However, the group is currently on hold whilst we recruit new members as well as update our meeting venue for the weekly sessions. We are taking expressions of interest from young people who would like to join. Tell us – name, age and availability

Our Youth Theatre groups need a minimum of 10 young people to run. So please spread the word to friends and family.

If you are interested in taking part in a group, please contact Sally Zabroski, Projects Coordinator, on 01379 88 22 00 or my emailing info@unittwentythree.co.uk.

Unit Twenty Three Youth Theatre was a new adventure for us in Summer 2017. The drama groups were built up and created by Tanya Marshall (previously known as Act On) and have been running for a number of years in the local area to Diss. Unit Twenty Three took over the running of the groups from June 2017, and had a wonderful 5 week term with the current participants. We are hoping to carry on both groups in to the future and offer high quality arts for young people in the Diss area.
